Ram went above and beyond to get me the vehicle back on time and also was very thorough on the work that was done on the vehicle. Even though the condition on the vehicle might continue because the rear camber was still not properly aligned. We will see how it goes and if it continues to give me the same problem; I will bring it back for the 4th time. Or file a lemon law case

I waited 4 hours for oil change and front brakes inspection.
Front brakes still squeak, and I was told that they have to order parts and reschedule.
Vehicle has only 5,000 miles. When I bought the vehicle, I paid extra for the maintenance package and still had to wait 4 hours.

Dropped my Corolla off for its first service since buying it before heading out to a movie. Angelo was courteous and friendly! He communicated when my car was ready and I felt like he kept me in the loop about the whole process. I would pick him as an advisor again! Thanks Angelo!

I arrived at 8:40 in the morning did not leave till almost 2:30 pm for a issue that was not caused by me. I'm very upset with Honda i will be contacting corporate office. I had a wait for a shuttle almost one hour. It's ridiculous!!

Julie is one of the nicest person there at Norm Reeves Honda. She takes good care of my entire family. We always ask for her because she’s Awesome. Always smiling and caring. We have 5 different Honda types at our house. She helped all of us. We Love her. Thank You Julie!!!! ????????
