After I brought my car back, I saw the tire pressure light was on since the service center was closed. I went and took my car to a local mechanic, and they charge me for recalibration that was supposed to be done by the service center.

3+ hour wait for an oil change is unacceptable! I made an appointment for 2 PM and didn’t get my car until 5:20. Why make appointments if it’s not on time.
At that point make it a walk in. Unacceptable. Just unacceptable and a waste of time.

After leaving your dealership, I showed the paperwork to my son-in-law he discovered two huge gouges in my tires. ,which could’ve blown out at any time no one discuss those with me I had to go buy tires! I thought I was coming in for my regular check up and oil change. I ended up spending $700 with you my main concern as were my children were the fact that the tires could’ve blown out on me and no one bothered to mention that.????
