Andrew Sharma was great went above and beyond was very helpful, however the problem lies with Ethos Group the extended warranty that I purchased they did not want to cover the repair on my car Andrew pleaded my case to them and they were very rude with him on the phone. I was very disappointed with Ethos group. Being that this is my first claim with them and spending $3,300 on a warranty. I feel ripped off by them. I am not happy.. I have always been satisfied with Norm Reeves Honda West Covina service department. Never any issues until now..

Michael was very knowledgeable. Straight to the point and service was a seamless experience. I picked up the car on Michael’s day off and a service advisor at the desk in front of Michael’s helped me check out and find my car and I really appreciate his help also because he got me in and out while he was obviously busy with his customers.

I was so stressed out about my car not starting. I called Temecula Honda first, since they are closer. They literally laughed and said they could help me until next week. I called you, and Phillip got on the phone and reassured me that he would make sure I got taken care of. So I left work and drove to Vista. He greeted me, reassured me again and got me right in. Checked on me and my car numerous times. He made my nightmare go away. I can't tell you how much appreciated his kindness and quality of care for my car. It was fixed and ready to go in no time. If I refer someone to buy a car there in Vista, it will be because of Phillip. I can't tell you how much I appreciate him.

Trinity and Randy were very helpful very friendly. Trinity went out of her way to make sure I found my car when he traded my car in and Mr. Randy help me seal the deal and walk out of there with a new 2026 Honda Civic and I’m enjoying every minute of it.

Leo was great with service but my the wheel alignment is off my care is pulling to the right so I will be coming back in to redo alignment
