The staff is friendly but they clearly over booked service appointments. Had to wait almost 30 minutes past my appointment time to actually pull car into the service bay. Additionally the oil change and windshield wiper change took almost 5 hours!!

We’re from the Coachella Valley and were in town for a family weekend when our van with a ramp suddenly stopped working. We took it to Norm Reeves Honda and were told the issue was the battery.
Even without an appointment, Thanh “the man” Sabatier went above and beyond to help us. He and the team quickly tested the battery, replaced it, and got us back on the road. Their kindness, professionalism, and efficiency truly saved our weekend.
Huge thanks to Thanh and the entire Norm Reeves Honda team for the excellent service. Highly recommend!
