I have no complaints about the service on my car and I acknowledge that I chose a busy day to have my service completed and expected a long wait time. I took the opportunity to use the shuttle service to go home instead of waiting in the waiting room. When I got the message that my car was ready over an hour earlier than expected, I called about getting a shuttle back. I called twice and texted twice and still hadn’t heard back after nearly an hour. I had to call the main number just to get ahold of a person who could update me about the shuttle, but they informed me the wait would likely be longer still. I’ve never had any problem with the shuttle before and I was disappointed by the lack of a response. I didn’t want to wait indefinitely in the hopes that my request would be acknowledged, so I got back to Norm Reeves another way.

Good service

Ruben was very polite and explained what needed to be done to my car. I asked if he could have his mechanics work on the car right away as my husband is hospitalized and I needed to return to him as quickly as possible. He said he would try to have the car done by no later than 230 but it ended up being done by 12:50 PM. I was surprised and very happy that I got the car back earlier than expected and was able to join my husband at the hospital. Thank you for the great service.

As always great service. It did take a little longer than normal to get my car to me once it was ready (20 minutes), but Tony did come out two times to give me updates about my car which again speaks to great customer service. Thank you, guys.

It was a holiday today. It was very busy. I was not in a hurry. My car was finished being serviced within an hour and a half. I am always more than satisfied with the service that Julie and the rest of the crew have to offer! I love my Honda and I love the service that I receive from the service department. Leo was very informative and helped me with getting my oil change as well as getting my safety recall done very fast.
