To start, I understand that your team was busy today but that is no excuse for poor customer service. I initially waited 30 min from my appt time to speak to a technician. When the tech came out to speak with me he failed to notify me to leave my glove box unlocked so that the mechanics can change out my cabin filter. As a result of this the mechanics left the cabin filter on my passenger side seat without a box or any kind of packaging. Also the technician that I worked with today treated me with a passive aggressive tone. In the past when I’ve gotten maintenance done with Toyota the tech goes over brake life, tire tread and the overall condition of my vehicle. They also inform me of any upcoming service recommendations to keep in mind for my next visit. This tech did not, when I asked him for the print out he seemed bothered and annoyed by this request. When he did eventually print this paper out to me he still failed to go over it, instead handed it to me and told me to have a good day. Thinking back on my previous encounters with the techs of norm reeves Toyota this definitely goes down as one of, if not the worse experiences I’ve had. I will need to seriously consider if my money would be better spent at another service provider. Thank you.

Hannah was excellent, kept me updated the whole way through. Great personality super upbeat. Tech did a great job kept my car very clean. Norm reeves Honda always takes great care of me.

I have requested Michael Barr every time I go to the Cerritos Norm Reeves. Initially, Michael was friendly, efficient , and demonstrated all around excellent customer service. Since then, I now always request him as my Service Advisor.

I thought they'd at least wash the car after servicing.

Complete in total dissatisfaction not only because of the price is ridiculous which maybe understandable but the lack of communication, the wait time, and knowledge of the employee/‘s is unacceptable. It is highly expected of all Norm reeves Honda employees to be able to help customers with 100% satisfaction. Waiting five hours to be advised you that a flat tire is the reason for your psi light malfunction is. extremely unacceptable and been dishonest with customers is completely unacceptable.
