had a 9:00 appointment & was informed that should be done by 12.
Around 1was informed it would take longer as card from yesterday were being first.
Then upon inspection it was noted my brakes needed attention.
I finally got my car back at 4:30

I purchased my Honda in 2015 at this location and have regularly returned for oil changes and maintenance without any issues. The customer service has consistently been excellent, and I even drive from Los Angeles because I value how well I’ve been treated here. Unfortunately, my most recent visit with John Le was a very disappointing experience. I found the interaction to be rude and unprofessional, which was unexpected given my positive history with this dealership. As a result, I am reconsidering returning here for future vehicle maintenance.

Ernesto was SO helpful and personable, as well as knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of on short notice, and communicated thoroughly during the process. Even when there was a mistake, he took responsibility and remedied it ASAP. The whole experience was painless and easy. Many thanks, Ernesto & John!

Francisco did an excellent job keeping me informed and explaining the costs of the repairs. He also offered alternative solutions such as an extended warranty. We are still waiting for that quote back to cover is for future issu s. Overall great experience.
