Miguel Cabrera is a blessing and a 100% awesome - he kept me updated what was going on with my car. He is very knowledgeable, kind, professional and he knows how to treat senior citizens and that’s patience and yes job well done., And Anthony Ortiz another awesome guy and tell the mechanic who worked on my car - job well done. I have been a customer for 14 years and hopefully in the future if it is “GOD” will I want my dream car a fully loaded van and still keep my 2012 CRV - I love Honda automobiles.

Vehicle service was great. Service advisor was great. Only time I was unhappy was when I was picking up the vehicle. Took too long to get vehicle and vehicle was filthy with grease mark on right front bumper had to have service manger to bring it to back shop to get it clean.

Waited over 2 hours to find out they couldn’t fix whatever the problem was I came in for. Then after the wait I found out there was a nail on my tire but it couldn’t be fixed because they didn’t have a replacement tire at that point. I’m waiting for a call telling me when I can come back to get a new tire.

I dropped my truck off at 7am thinking that I’ll have it back by noon at the latest but I wasn’t contacted throughout the whole day. I was even charged a little over $200 and I had no idea why nobody contacted me about that to get my consent to proceed and when I called Toyota to see what was up with my truck they just gave me the run around not even answering my question when my truck was gonna be done. They were also supposed to change my oil and when I looked at my receipts later on it shows they just “topped off” my fluids which was not what I asked for. I asked for a 30,000 mile service and they put it was for 35,000 when the paperwork clearly says the car mileage. I’ve been coming to this dealership for over 10!years and I drive like 20 miles to get there because I live in Imperial Beach and I have a dealership that’s not even 10 min away in Chula Vista but I like this dealership so much that I just don’t care and drive way out of my way because I liked the customer service. This was the absolute worst time I ever had at this dealership like so bad I’m thinking about not coming back and I have two vehicles that I service here.
