Have your techs actually check the tire pressure on vehicles after a tire change. 3 overfilled tires and 1 tire under filled by 10psi. Do they even verify their work?
Took 4 hours and cost 1,400 for an oil change and 4 tire replace and I still have to fix the air pressure myself.

Overall experience was very good. David the service advisor was very helpful answering questions as well as getting me a loaner while the services were being done.

Sal helped me out in 2024, haven’t seen him at all since the first time I went in. Other service workers are good/okay but Sal is great, always makes conversation and is very transparent. From seeing him today, he remembered me from 2024 and if I could choose someone to go to it would most definitely be him!

Funny thing he has the same last name as me but we’re not related. Andrew is easy going and has understanding of how to handle his position and for that I will be back on my next service. And that also goes for the Technician that worked on my car. If I had to give them a grade I would give them both a (A or 100% ) thank you guys.

The work was done efficiently. The new rear view mirror with home link works well. It should have come with instructions on programming but I managed to research it myself.

I received amazing customer service from Enrique Almazan at the Norm Reeves Hyundai Superstore Service Center. He was professional, friendly, and communicative with updates every step of the way. He exceeded my expectations with going above and beyond to take care of my vehicle. My car is running very smoothly, and I would definitely come back for any future car service needs as I know that I would be in good hands. I highly recommend going to Enrique and the top-notch Service Department at Norm Reeves Hyundai. A++++++++++
