I had an appointment at 10:30 and my service advisor didn’t come to my car until 10:45. My boyfriend brought his car in & his appointment was at 10:45, he was the car right behind me. He was met by a service provider almost instantly and then had to wait 15 more minutes until I was seen even though my car was before his & he had a later appointment. It feels like this happens almost every time I come in & it’s very frustrating.

I had an excellent service experience with Mike Holbrook. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled smoothly. Manny Sanchez was very UNFRIENDLY, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED. Did NOT go anything with me & didn’t even acknowledge where my car was parked. He was on cell phone, not even a thank you. The only thing, he did get my car in a great time frame. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
