Mike Holbrook was my service representative at the counter. His customer service acknowledge of the system in which he works. Is that a high level. Mike went above and beyond to help me get my Honda back in running condition and service all the things that needed to be handled. I can’t thank Mike enough for his help!

Ernesto is always helpful and attentive with whatever I need for my services , he’s very informative of what my vehicle needs and explains to detail what needs to be taken care of. It’s always great servicing at Honda !! No complains

I appreciate the concierge service picking up my car however, my car was in the shop for two days and then returned to me without even a charged top off so I had about 40% charge.. I think going the extra mile and returning it with the car wash or vacuum out and certainly a charged top off would've been nice

It was a pleasure to work with Ivette Rodriguez. She was very responsive regarding the service to be performed that day, and helpful with setting up a follow up service. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and I look forward to working with her and Norm Reeves Honda in the future.

We liked our experience but we were disappointed by one thing. We had a full detail done to clean our car but also because we had rats in the engine bay. When we got home we noticed there is still nesting material in the engine bay so it wasn’t fully cleaned out

I don't know what kind of test was run on my car, but you guys gave me my car in a worse condition than when I left it there.

Joseph tried to sell me on 2 very expensive services that I don’t need yet! And when I cancelled & just kept the oil change which is what I initially came for, he got an attitude & left before my car was finished! No one checked me out & told me what was completed. Very poor service by Joseph!

Taking delivery of the vehicle, the AC did not work. Had to bring it back and get it fixed.
It wasn’t until after the fact I was informed that an add on was included on my vehicle, after clarifying I did not want any add ons for the sake of cost. To accommodate, a rebate was provided.
