After having a really bad service at ford dealership f Glendale we came to norms reeves of Cerritos ,and what a difference!! I went to do some recall on my civic en when I went to pick up my car he told me they do some work on my car, l didn't receive any calls to warning about that job they just did it they charged me for that without asking me,I have 3 recalls when I left my car they told me they can do only two because they don't have the part for the third one so, when I pick up my car I ask when I can come back to do the other one he said it's done, I wonder it they changed the part or not who knows
