John was very kind and helpful. He mentioned that there was a possibility of things being under warranty which gave me hope since I am a retired senior on limited income. When I arrived to pick up my car I was met with another advisor who immediately took care of everything. It would be great to let the person know that it was covered under warranty. That would make a persons day. Overall great experience.

I appreciate Honda for their advice on filing a claim with my car insurance so I don’t have to pay so much out of pocket. I appreciate how they worked with me (and my car insurance) to ensure they accept the claim and with the inspection (causing a bit of delay in things).
