I had a great experience working with George at Norm Reeves Honda. From the start, he was professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. He provided a precise and accurate estimate for my damaged rim and tire, taking the time to clearly explain the issue and the costs involved—no surprises or pressure. His attention to detail and honesty really stood out and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with. I truly appreciated his customer service and would highly recommend asking for George if you need service support at Norm Reeves Honda.

Everyone was extremely nice but did not discuss any of the work that would take place on my car or why it was needed at the time. I truly feel like I was taken advantage of and scammed in the process. Will not be returning to this location

Ernesto was amazing in helping me understand my services, as this was only my second oil change on my CRV. The video recap that I got was very informational! I had questions about one of my keys and he was able to help answer those questions as well

I usually never care about who is helping me out during my car service, but Edward was the first person I have specifically requested to assist with my appointment. He is very personable and knowledgeable, making me comfortable bringing in my car and getting his advice on what needs fixing.
