I went to do some recall on my civic en when I went to pick up my car he told me they do some work on my car, l didn't receive any calls to warning about that job they just did it they charged me for that without asking me,I have 3 recalls when I left my car they told me they can do only two because they don't have the part for the third one so, when I pick up my car I ask when I can come back to do the other one he said it's done, I wonder it they changed the part or not who knows

Mike Holbrook was my service representative at the counter. His customer service acknowledge of the system in which he works. Is that a high level. Mike went above and beyond to help me get my Honda back in running condition and service all the things that needed to be handled. I can’t thank Mike enough for his help!

I appreciate the concierge service picking up my car however, my car was in the shop for two days and then returned to me without even a charged top off so I had about 40% charge.. I think going the extra mile and returning it with the car wash or vacuum out and certainly a charged top off would've been nice
