You guys are completely useless. Whenever I go to get a part it’s discontinued. Imagine making a car and then discontinuing the parts only 20 years later. I just wanted a celica but yall make it so damn hard.

Great customer service and Marlen was awesome.
I have question requesting My vehicle. Lately, when I brakes suddenly or try to stop vehicle to slow it down, the engine and front tires were shaking and rattle. Something wrong with gear shafting or from gas to battery power? I will email Hyundai Corporate office next week. Other than that the service and the vehicle is great. Thanks

Jonathan helped me to set up my appointment for a recall service. He also helped me understand the problem with the recall and got the problems settled in the same day. He also fixed a warranty issue with my car. He is exactly what customer service should be. Jonathan should be given an excellence award for great customer service.
