Why do you make appointments for 7am and they don't start work until 730am. Customers come before 7am to be on time.

Q was fine. My car was in for an oil change. Q found additional recalls that he took care of. When I returned 7 hours later and paid for my service. I went to my car and found the maintenance button had not been reset. I went back in and it was determined the oil change was never completed!! I waited an additional 20-30 minutes and I can only assume the oil change was completed. I should have been offered a free oil change at the very least but left with a very bad taste.

John was very courteous and professional. He explained the process and delivery time. The vehicle was done in the expected time and John reviewed the service inspection and recommended future service. Overall a friendly and frictionless experience. Thank you very much, John. Truck is a fail , Tailgate constantly shifting. Poor manufacturing and Toyota will not address it
