I showed my advisor the text I got from Norm Reeves regarding a $50 discount so he can apply it but he insist that he gave me the discount. When I looked at my paper work it was only $25 that he gave me and not the $50 that I was given by Norm Reeves. Then he kept insisting and made an appointment for the other service for my car when I am not ready yet. He is so pushy that I do not appreciate it

Trevor is the best. Known for many years. He has always been an exemplary employee that you should be very proud of. He and the technician we work with are an excellent team. The wife and I have a lot of respect and trust in them.

Prices too high and service associate did not try to check for coupons or help with savings… BRING SEAN BACK! He was the only associate that truly cared about his customers

When calling to make the appointment for Service A the service person who I spoke with suggested Saturday afternoon as a non peak time to come in. I took her advice and came in at 3 pm. I did not check out until 5:30. With my other Honda that I purchased at Norm Reeves I had all service done at my local Honda mechanic - Automotive Excellence. The level of service they provide is exemplary. I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty and getting my service with you - it isn’t reasonable for a oil
Change to take 3 hours. I’m very frustrated and annoyed because I was sold something I am not capable of receiving.

Everything went well and relatively quickly. My only concern would have been a better explanation of the purpose of the software update. Why was an update needed? What issue(s) did the update solve?

I feel so lucky I got Alex for my service rep. He actually made my maintenance service a pleasant experience. I think that says it all, but to be specific, Alex is helpful, friendly, and most of all, trustworthy. I really appreciate the great service. I had a terrible car buying experience there, but the service center is spectacular.

My service advisor Jesus Herrera was fantastic. This was the completion of a 2 visit repair due to warranty and parts and he kept me notified between both visits, during the visits, and answered my questions quickly.

Was given incorrect paperwork at end of service work. Jesus did not come across as being knowledgeable. The service guy that was there at the end of the day, unfortunately don't have his name, was able to make things better. Jesus had me leaving with paperwork showing many needs immediate attention items without saying a word about them. Felt he could really care less... it was quiting time!
