I wasn't kept informed about the progress of my car.
It was supposed to take 2 hours or less, and I was there for 3 hours.
Even then I had to go check if it was done!

My Service Tech named Edward is amazing and a truly wonderful person. In the past many new cars some luxury very expensive for 60 years. Edward treats me like I’m getting a $200,000 car serviced and I’m a Queen of some country ???? He spoils his customers. Greatly appreciated. Wonderful dealership. People make a company. Great job you guys and gals.

John was extremely helpful with my car service and kept me up to date with what was going on with my car. He is also very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my car and didn’t waste my time trying to solve it by replacing other unnecessary parts. I would one hundred percent recommend John to be anyone’s service advisor!
