Valerie took care of my car and actually diagnosed it perfectly. I was in 3 weeks ago and had major service done and Valerie was awesome. one week later ended up with starting problems. First time buyer, sales dept and finance dept were pretty good I must say. However two wks later on a 2026 Honda civic hybrid, I get an alert message stating “emission system problem, check with your dealer” I make an appt bring in the car for to have it checked, the staff member by the name of George Juarez comes and ask what the issue is I show him the censor light on the dashboard walk with him to his desk and he like “btw it’s gonna be like a 5 hour wait, I said wow even with an appt by this time he was already raising his voice then he says YOU’RE NO MORE IMPORTANT THAN ANYONE ELSE” my point here is how to handle an approach with a profesional manner and not argue back with a customer that just a purchase a brand new car with issues in under a month, I follow up with supervisor by the name of MICHAEL and pretty much matches the sarcasm within all the service dept
