Robert was very helpful and highly efficient. I wasn't able to wait for the service to be done but Robert made sure I got a loaner to take care of errands I had. It was much appreciated

Five minutes after I left, the low tire pressure light illuminated and the maintenance minder sounded. Turned around to come right back to have it looked at. One of the attendants that checks the customer in, said he could fix it, I just needed to wait in the customer lounge. I waited about 15 minutes when I looked outside and thought I saw my vehicle in the drive. I went outside to see, and it was mine. Just sitting there, engine running. Yet no one told me it was ready. Other than that issue, all was good. Miguel was a kind and courteous service representative. Very professional.

My service Rep was not as attentive as Candace or the other RepsI have had in the past. But I will say my car was ready faster than promised. This is my 5th Hyundai and probably the most disappointing experience I have had.

Javier's level of expertise and knowledge is nothing that I ever encountered before with visiting the service department at Metro Honda. He speaks to you as a person, and doesn't make you feel like a woman who doesn't know anything. His patience and understanding is very much appreciated. So many other service agents can stand to learn a thing or two from him.

Today I had appointment around 3 -3:3pm. We passed by the dealer at 1:45 pm. We stopped to get it sooner . We were waiting to get someone to check in for a while. He came in and asked us what services that I need for B 3. He didn't check detailed some maintenance done last visit as I mentioned to him. He sounded hurrying to check in and told me you wanted to wait or dropped off. I decided to wait. He put in writing on the paper it will be done by. 4 pm. I was waiting there since 1:45 pm unitl 4:45 pm. If he had told me straight you guy couldn't take care of my car at that time , only by appointment, i would not get the service done today. It wasted my time. . I thought on your ads showed no appointment needed quick and easy. He let me sit in the lounge without telling me how long i had to wait or update when it should be done or anything that need to do incase. I kept walking in and out to check my car. This is the first time for bad experience since I have been your customer. I m very disappointed and frustrated for service today. Thank you
