5 hours to do $240 of service, with appointment. 2 appointment employees told me all i needed was an oil change, about 2 hrs. That's what I planned on. Disappointed today.

Not even 2 hours after I left the dealership, my battery died. Also, my windshield wiper fluid was low out of specification. How can y'all be that lazy? I will be taking my business to a different Toyota dealership from here on out.

Service was sub-par at best. First it was a scheduled appointment. But it still took your team over 5 hours to complete a 45 minute service. Second, whoever called me at 6:20pm said they were the only person left still at the department (Which should help narrow down who called me), said they would leave my car keys with the sales staff. They scheduled a one way uber ride for me as after waiting 3 hours nearby, I finally decided to take an uber home after hearing ZERO updates. When I arrived, it sent myself and several other people of your staff on a wild goose chase to locate my car keys because this person failed to drop my key off with the sales staff and my key was still sitting with all other keys at service. I also never received my printed copy of my inspection report or have an advisor go over it with me. The next day Robert called and was appalled to learn about my experience. I can honestly say if I ever receive a service like this again, I will never return. The only reason I am considering it, is because Robert Farr wants to make my experience right.

Per usual service, I receive consistently from Trevor is amazing. He is ALAWAYS pleasant, professional and thorough. He Colleagues helped me while Trevor was on lunch and he was also a delight to work with.
