I made an appointment earlier in the week for Saturday morning at 8:15am. I wasn’t attended to ‘til about 30 minutes after that. It took about three hours for an oil change, tire rotation & multi point inspection. After 2.5 hrs of waiting, I looked outside & spotted my vehicle parked. I had to look around for someone to help me find my service advisor, of which I was able to pay for the service & be on my way.

I am very thankful for the people who helped me with my car’s issue. They went above and beyond to fix some other items that needed repair, which were covered by my extended warranty. I had been going to dealerships closer to my home but have had bad experiences with them in the past. Going forward, I’ll gladly drive the 30 miles with the certainty that I’ll be taken care of. Thank you.
