Previous service rep told me to take a video or any issues i have with the car. I took the video, tech couldn't replicate it so it wasn't fixed.

Vargas informed me with everything wrong with my car, told me what I would need for the future when I need my car serviced again and he made the process easier than I could’ve imagined. He was thorough with his information but swift enough to have me on my way in 20 minutes or less. I truly appreciate the time he spent helping me because he was busy and I interrupted him, couldn’t ask for better customer service.
