Yes Anthony was the best. He stepped up when Oscar the new car manager asked him to help me when the service writer Valerie was way too bushy to call me all day. FYI I had just bought a brand new 2026 Honda Prelude and just needed to schedule to fix some issues. Good thing you have Anthony and Oscar there to resolve it. Those 2 are the best

Valerie is very friendly. She clearly explained everything to me, so that I knew everything that was going to be done to my car. Someone came to my car when I arrived and offered my wife and me coffee and water. I think customer service is wonderful.

For the amount of money I paid I thought at least I would had got a ride home till my car was done, had questions but no one to answer them, people in front rude said I had to go and find Ruben I paid lyft to take and bring me back but learn the hard way.

The dealership experience was good. Everything that was going to be done was done. I did ask Hannah about a couple things, more on a Honda corporate level. I wish Honda would authorize the use of an auto start reverse switch on my Ridgeline. What it does is makes it necessary for me to turn on the auto stop function versus turning it off, as is currently designed. There are plenty of aftermarket devices made for this purpose, but I don’t want to risk violating my Honda warranty if I install one. The same goes for a VCM disabler. It would be great if Honda could make their own authorized devices for this vehicle. Again, there available aftermarket suppliers and the device is very easy to install on the Ridgeline. Otherwise I do like my Ridgeline, just have to remember to turn off the auto stop/start function, which I very much dislike. Otherwise, Hannah was great and kept me informed. Thank you.

Ernesto provided exceptional service to our 2015 Honda Hybrid Civic. Great care, attention to detail, and explained in detail what was being provided and cost. Its service like this from a dealership that cares which keeps us coming back and also keeps us in a Honda vehicle. Service is Top Shelf with friendly smiles everywhere!

I went in for an oil change and wasn’t even asked if I wanted conventional oil or synthetic oil, then I asked about a current $69.99 synthetic oil change and was told there is no promotions.
