I sustained damage to my new vehicle from an issue I never would have expected to cause harm. I was extremely upset by the situation and requested to speak with a manager to see if a discount on labor could be offered. That request was denied.
As a result, I am not satisfied with the outcome. Given that I put down $20,000 on the vehicle and the issue was unforeseen, I believe a labor discount should have been offered as a reasonable gesture of goodwill.

Eduardo continues to be our family’s trusted service advisor. He set up pickup an dropped of our car and serviced the car within a couple of hours.
He washed the car and even charged a bit.

Yvette was great as always. Very helpful. Answered all my questions either via email or in person. Worked with me on what was needed and pricing. Was very fair, and listened to my concerns and helped with that. She always goes above and beyond

I had bought bad tires but needed my 60k maintenance done as well and Patrick scheduled everything together and communicated perfectly everything that was being fixed. It’s tough to find real customer service these days but I always get excellent help at Norm Reeves Subaru. Patrick was even kind enough to apply a coupon he found. Thank you so much for keeping my WRX in great condition because I love my car.

I was a bit confused. I paid for the services for my car while I was still in the waiting room per a text. After a while I went out looking for my rep and wasn't sure if I should take my keys off the board and leave or if I had to stay and get clearance first. He finally came around and gave me my keys and a copy of my billing and I was outta there.

Extremely happy! It only took one hour from start to finish for Pablo to diagnose the nail in my tire and replace it with an identical tire. He was friendly and helpful. Loved my experience.
