Went to pick up my car and was met with a very rude person at the first desk for service on the computer closed to the car bay, I went up said “ hi, how are you” and he proceeded to ignore me, not even look up to acknowledge me. While I waited, he got impatient I was still standing there and said he couldn’t help me and didn’t direct me or set me up with someone without storming off.
I went due to a recall on my vehicle, my wife and I are looking to purchase another vehicle quite soon and was hoping to get another Honda. After this experience absolutely not with this dealership.

This was my first time having my car serviced at dealer in 20 years. I was apprehensive because I was not treated well the last time (not a Ford center). If had known it would take 5 and a half weeks to complete the repair, I would have called other Ford service centers. In my opinion, too many appointments are being made for number of technicians and bays that are available. My vehicle wasn't touched for the first week it was there and was delayed for several days while waiting to be seen by another department. I am pleased that the staff was very kind and the repairs were done under warranty and a rental vehicle was provided.

I appreciate the text that I got about my car while there for service. The service rep was super friendly and explained to me all that would be inspected while in for its oil change. I also appreciate being given a list of services that my car will need in the near future. All and all wonderful experience and a very customer friendly place.

I had an excellent experience with my recent service visit. Ivette Rodriguez was professional, friendly, and very attentive throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, kept me informed, and made sure all my concerns were addressed. I also really appreciated being offered a shuttle back home and having an Uber sent to pick me up from home once the service was completed. My car now rides much smoother after the engine fuel pump recall service. The entire experience was convenient and stress-free. Thank you for such outstanding customer service, I truly felt well taken care of.

The wait time for a simple oil change and tire rotation with an inspection was excessive. I’m very disappointed that it took half the day for the service to be done.
