Adrian continues to be the best. He is responsive, knowledgeable and gets our trucks in and out in a timely fashion. His communication is better than anything I have experience at any other Ford dealership.

I was satisfied with the service. I did not appreciate being given misinformation. I was told that I would receive complementary oil changes for the first year for buying a new car at Norm Reeves. Today I was told only the first oil change was included. The sales person and the finance representative both assured me that oil changes would be included for the first year.

Candice and everyone else that helped me today, from the young man that greeted me when I pulled in to the service bay to the other young man that processed my payment, were polite and professional. I appreciated the clear communication keeping me updated on the progress of my service. You have a great team that works seamlessly.

I just wanted to take a moment to say thank you for the excellent service I received at Honda Cerritos. My service advisor was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made me feel taken care of from start to finish.
The service itself was done efficiently and the quality was top-notch. This was honestly one of the best service experiences I’ve had, and I truly appreciate the great customer care.

George Juarez was a terrible advisor to have contact with. Instead of explaining or reasoning he showed he has no patience and close to no professionalism. I had hoped to speak with Neil in sales. I hope u didn’t misspell his name but he was great and I wish I could have had a better experience to enjoy looking into a possible trade in but because of Mr. Juarez I will not be bringing my business to norm reeves in Cerritos. I hope corporate does something about it as well because there are many more like myself who have I can only imagine have dealt with such an entitled advisor. I will be leaving a review as well to warn ppl who could potentially deal with George Juarez because not everyone will speak up in situations like this because of lack of knowledge on dirty workers in industries like this.

Great experience as usual. Service team was able to take take in car on short notice, diagnose/confirm issue described, repair, and return vehicle same day. Outstanding and efficient team! Great customer service.

Jonathan was super helpful! But my truck has all the lights including engine and the only thing they found was catalyst converter ??? I don’t think so ! Now there is no Inspection like before now it’s just the scanner ! Trust me a machine it’s not going to find what’s wrong with my truck !
