Ivette has always been an Excellent Service rep, and reason why I still go to HB Norm Reeves even if I’ve moved farther away and have a closer Honda store closer to me. She’s professional, never makes me feel pressured into purchasing something, follows up quickly, listens to my many questions and helps me understand what maintenance codes mean and are for. Thanks to her my 2022 CRV runs smoothly as if it’s brand new.

Good thing is the overall quality was really nice, staffs were friendly including my advisor Enrique. However I got a concern, after a while of researching after the service, I realized my car hasn’t need to be changed the brake fluid yet (more than 20k miles). I bought my Elantra brand new and the brake fluid supposed to last up to 40k miles as I researched and what I have been told by the expert, and overall I still think that my brake was fine and double check with Enrique about it, but he made it like it was necessary to change the brake fluid now so I accept.But I got it change, I paid for the service cause I was lack of knowledge about this. What a big lesson! And I just think maybe from now on I just gonna reject all the service that Huyndai offer during my oil change. Thank you!

I’ve had problems with my civic since I bought it. The problem was just identified after 7 and a half years. It’s a pity that customers get ignored and pushed around. I had to be without a car for a week before my problem was resolved. After I provided copies of all the service records Honda Corporate has to step in.
