Wonderful. Service was smooth and easy. Will come back again and definitely recommend cerritos Honda to my friends and family or whoever owns a Honda vehicle. Thanh Sabatier was awesome and he definitely deserves a raise! I felt welcome and he educated me on stuff that I don’t know without feeling dumb. He was super professional, clear with communication, kept me updated throughout the process. I also appreciated that he was accommodating with small requests and made sure the car was ready before I got there. Great customer service overall. Also just want to point out that Thanh Sabatier was very friendly, approachable, and genuinely positive. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping customers and not just rushing through the job. Made the whole experience much better.
