Julie Canales is always the best. She is efficient, very pleasant, knowledgeable and very fast. It was super crowded today on a rainy day holiday but I was out of there quick, and with a discount on my service! Ty, Again for great service, and your kindness, Julie!

I was worried about the low tire pressure notification that came back the day after I replaced a flat tire I’d gotten on the freeway in another town. I called Norm’s who assured me someone would be there to look at my car by 5 PM. My tires & warning light were inspected, the car given back to me at no charge. I always trust Norm Reeves Huntington Beach with my Honda, and have for the years since I moved here.
