Had a 7:30 appointment, i was there at 7:05 they parked me and waited more than 45 minutes. Till one lady that received me told them I been waiting for awhile. They were receiving other customers that were arriving instead of me, till someone came , so what’s the purpose of making an appointment if I’m not gonna be received at my appointment time?

I bought a Honda so that I wouldn’t have to take it to the shop all the time. Less than a couple of months after buying a certified 2 year old vehicle from you, I had to bring my car in three times for you to fix one bad tire. The car was sold to me with a patch on the side of the tire which was not a safe repair and never held air. You sent me on my way with that bad tire 3 times. Then you actually sent me to a tire shop down the street. They told me the repair was not safe and I shouldn’t be driving on it. It took all that before you finally put the spare tire on because you said I couldn’t leave with the bad tire and I had to wait for you to order a new tire because you didn’t have one in stock for and HRV? and of course I had to pay for the tire. Next visit I was told you rotated my tires but you hadn’t. I didn’t look at my receipt but I knew you had not rotated the tires because I have a scratch on one of the rims. Turns out you didn’t rotate because of the new tire! So I can’t have them rotated until I purchase two more tires! Then I called to schedule an oil change and was told it would not be covered under my five-year extended warranty plan because I had to wait for the light to come on. Even though the oil had not been changed in over a year and the engine was getting loud. So no, if I had a chance to do it over again I would not buy a Honda and I certainly would not recommend your dealership.

This is a great service

I’ve been coming to this facility for more than 10 years and never had any issues with the staff or management. Instead they go above and beyond to ensure I have a great service and my vehicle is up and running with no issues. They make sure I’m safe on the road and also help with any issues I might encounter on my vehicle. Trinity is an incredible advisor I only see her and I highly recommend her to make other people. She listens and understands the needs I have and helps address them and also recommends her professional opinion as well. This facility is lucky to have her.

After having a horrible experience at South Bay Hyundai, arriving at your dealership was a breath of fresh air. EVERYONE was professional, friendly and helpful. Although I didn't get all my issues addressed due to financial restraints, Louie communicated costs, expected wait times and I was provided updates and videos.
