When I picked up my vehicle, I realize there was a no message on my vehicle, saying: system status:
It said: system functionality may be affected during update
I had never seen that message on my vehicle, so I asked advisor #2457
And his response was: when you get home, just read that message. And reset it yourself. His response was NOT professional at all

Been having our family fleet of Honda's for approximately 25 years now. I have been bringing my car to Norm Reeves Honda in HB for eight years. I have always been satisfied with the service I received. Edward is one of the many service people I have been satisfied with. I know I will be taken care of when I bring my car to Norm Reeves of HB. This is the reason why my family and I have owned six Honda vehicles over the years.

I met advisor Ivette and David in the parts dept today. I am very happy with the level of customer service and professionalism I received from both of them. David ordered my CRV sun visor the day before and Yvette had inspected the brakes as well as replaced the 2 front brakes within 2 hours. I shared my positive experience with GM Sam. You have a new customer.

I had my service done this afternoon and I’m not sure if he was tired or having a long day. But George was rude to me. I don’t know what his problem was. maybe because all i wanted is the oil change for my vehicle and he did not like that. Hopefully he will be more respectful to other customers regarding of what service they only need or want. Very disappointed.
