Richard was super great! It’s also disappointing that the air leak in my moon roof cannot be fixed. It’s annoying that in a relatively new car the sound is loud and disruptive to my driving experience. I love everything else about my RAV4, but the moon roof air leaks are known and disappointing that cannot be fixed.

Your service writer's really need to cut way back on the up sale. My car wasn't even in the bay, and your sevicecwriter had almost $3k in extra "needed" services. I was shown a picture of a normal serpentine belt and was told is was frayed and worn out. Not cool.
