Wanted to get a transmission fluid drain and fill. But was told. The fluid last the life of the transmission. This is not right in my opinion. Transmission fluid needs to be changed. On specific intervals. Transmission fluid doesn’t last forever.

My family had bought 3 cars from Subaru in the last 8 years. We love Subaru as far as the cars go. As for the service we have received from Norman Reeves, we are very unsatisfied with. I’ve had several oil changes done with companies outside of Subaru. The one oil change that I do get at a Subaru store in 10 minutes later my car was smoking. After that, a week later I found myself paying $3000 to get additional work done after that one oil change. A little over a year later I’m quoted almost $6000 because my car is having the same issues that we’re supposed to be resolved but now has worsen. I feel like no one has taken accountability for what happened the first time nor has anyone been proactive to ensure this issue wouldn’t have occurred again. It wasn’t until I said that I wanted a second opinion that I was told that Norman Reeves could work with me on a price point. Ultimately I decided to go with a different company with better customer care.

Q is the absolute best. He’s the reason we buy Toyotas. He’s been our consultant since 2006. I trust him to tell me the truth about our vehicles and unlike other consultants will not try and sell me products or maintenance that is not needed.

Always a great service experience at Ford of Cerritos! I usually bring my vehicles in for service before work and the techs get my car out always on time to make it work!
