The staff at Norm Reeves Honda Huntingon Beach has been extraordinaryly helpful. I came in from Honda of Westminster that quoted me $400 just for testing the A/C and refused to even schedule an appointment, directing me to do it online (while I was on their premises). At Norm Reeves staff researched and found out my car was covered under an extended warranty and they did it for free! Thank you Norm Reeves, you just got a new long-time client!

Mike was great , but just took longer than expected. Had a 12:45 appointment and didn’t get my car done till about 4:30. But Mike explained that some technicians called out.

Tony was knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. Have owned Hondas for years and always happy with the reliability and quality of the brand. I had my last Honda for 20 years and loved driving every one of its 150,000 plus miles.

We had no live communication w Denise. All communication was done via auto generated texts. Tried to call a few times and could not get through. Not the best customer service experience when you have no live contact.
