I arrived to drop off for regular maintenance/oil change and let Denise know right away an issue with my tire pressure light. She immediately let me know that tearing the sensors would be an additional charge and I accepted. My understanding was that this test would tell me which of the four sensors was failing so I could decide if I would replace. But instead I was told all four had failed and it would be more thank $1300 to fix. That’s a big expense and when I asked Denise for cost if I were to split the fix, her response was rude “just divide that number”. It was a lot of money and her lack of customer service to actually provide alternative options was evident. Overall, I’ve been bringing my car to this dealership for service for 9 years and today was a day that seemed like you were only out to get my money. I don’t believe all 4 sensors failed and I will be looking at getting this fixed somewhere else.

Is the most pleasant Person to talk with, he makes me feel Welcome. Many places we go to today. You don't feel welcomed or appreciated. It seems like everyone just wants your money. Service is not like it used to be, but with Gary. You feel like He truly cares. He's honestly a very understanding, nice person. I hope he stays for a long time. And has a great career with Hyundai. Thank you

Absolutely. Your team at Honda Cerritos is top notch! Great communicating; I always knew what was going on. The support was fantastic. I got a loaner while my car was in the shop which was awesome. I was able to continue with all my obligations and errands. The blown head gasket was taken care of in breakneck speed. My car runs so much better too! You have my trust and confidence in the work your mechanics do and in your superb personal liaison Michael Barr! That man is incredible. I would recommend your service department to everyone! You are thee BEST!!????♥️????

I was expecting someone to speak with me after inspecting my car to explain what needed to be done. I waited for almost two hours, which was fine. Then I received a text message saying my car was ready for pickup, and all communication was done through text. I thought someone would personally approach me to explain what had been done to my vehicle. The text message listed the charges, but since no one spoke to me, I went to the register to ask if my car was finished. No one had discussed the work performed. I was told that they completed the inspection, oil change, and tire rotation. I was surprised that this time everything was handled through text, and after paying the charges, that was it. Was just used to the old times.
