This was my first visit to Norm Reeves Ford and Crystal was extremely helpful and made me feel at ease. She explained my service and offered suggestions of what my vehicle needed. I waited for my car in the waiting lounge and Crystal made sure I was comfortable offering coffee and a place to work on my laptop. She stayed in communication, letting me know the progress on my car. I will definitely be calling Crystal for future service on my vehicle. Thank you Crystal!

they didn’t put air in my tires. all of my tires were left needing air after my tire rotation. My car notified me my pressure was low. I went to a tire shop and all my tires were low.
