Alex was very personable & attentive. He knew just what we needed to get
our car in working order. He explained everything the technician found that our car needed & understood that we will attend to maintenance.
Our work was done quickly and we were on the road within a few hours.
We are completely satisfied with our service and Alex Almanzar.

I ask for Candice everytime I need service or have a wuestion, she is professional and super mind . I give the entire service department a big 10+ I applaud the service manager for hiring such amazing young people who go above and beyond to help out your custoners ???? On Tuesday I went in to get my car serviced, Candice was on her lunch and Louie jumped in to cover for her and I didnt have to wait at all awesome teamwork, thank you Louie . Also the young men who were cheering out the customers helped me quickly I didnt wait at all again, just amazing teamwork and all the service department should be commended. Andres was the best service Rep I’ve ever dealt with BAR NONE
He was very helpful and empathetic with me throughout the whole ordeal,my truck spent 3 MONTHS in your shop and Andres would contact me EVERY WEEK to at least tell me to hang in there because the warranty company was dragging its feet,he is the reason why I didn’t loose my mind all this time.

My appointment was at 10:45. My car wasn’t been serviced until 1145.
If I knew its first come first served, I would not bother to make a reservation.

I had a great experience working with Richard from Ford. From the moment we started, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I understood each step of the process.
What really stood out was his patience and attention to detail. Richard never made me feel rushed or pressured, and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. His customer service skills are excellent, and it’s clear that he truly cares about providing a positive experience.
Overall, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend working with Richard if you have the chance he represents Ford very well and made the entire experience easy and stress free.

I appreciate the professionalism and respect that Enrique has tremor with. He is also very friendly and patient, something that as an 83 year old I appreciate. I believe that he was my advisor in the past and I am grateful for his help and friendliness. I’ve been very happy with the service each time I have been there. Thank you.
