The adviser is good, the only problem is the entire service time is toooooo long it cost me totally 8 hours. Only for oil maintainance and recall, just confuse why it takes that looooong time

As un excited as I was to put $2000 into an older car, Rudy and everyone else was great to work with. Fix seems to be solid so I have to say everyone did a good job. I will return (hopefully not soon).

I was told that rent a car deposit money will not be cahrged, but I was charged $100. I texted the person who was taking care of my car for the services to check with the rent a car company, but no response.

Always the best! They really care about the customer. They go out of their way to give perfect customer service. They keep you informed by text on your car. They have never over charged me. My car was ready for pickup within 3 hours. They even washed my car! I love my Honda Civic and I love the way they treat me and my car. Everyone gets 5 stars at Norm Reeves Honda!
