When I arrived for service I gave my phone number to contact as my wife was not present and could not answer her phone. The vehicle was finished but I was not contacted at all. My wife did receive the text but because she could not use her phone I did not know my car was ready until I saw it in the parking lot over two hours after it had been finished. I was told the system did automatically text her but because she wasn’t present I would have not known the vehicle was finished if I didn’t check myself.

I been to this location multiple times and today was the first time it took more than 5 hours for a simple oil change. I was very disappointed. I understand that it is a Saturday but today was ridiculous. Considering going somewhere else.
