my advisor Richard Juarez. Is one of the very best advisor I ever had. He is the poster boy for advisors at norm reeves ford Cerritos that why I keep going back to Cerritos ford because of Richard Juarez I have other ford dealers closer

The mechanics did a wonderful job on fixing my car. My car is now quiet and runs very smooth and I appreciate Yvette as well. She was courteous and gave me all the information I needed as well as answering all my questions.

I was very satisfied with your service. Mr Rodriquez was very patient and took the time to explain in detail to the questions I asked him. I have more work needed on my vehicle and his assistance in letting me know the most important ones needed was a relief. Will be taking my vehicle next month to complete the remaining work needed as advised. Thank you.

Crystal was a great help to me when I dropped my car to fix it she explained to me exactly what was my car problem .Also she helped me to get a rental car . She keeps telling me day by day how any changes.

For the record, Javier was great and responsive. My ‘no’ was to be given an opportunity to share this: I had a ride lined up but I didn’t communicate that to anyone. I’m curious what you all offer to your customers when they drop their car off for the day? It would have been nice to be offered a rental car or ride share service without being prompted.

I had an 8:30 AM appointment for routine service and agreed to a few additional services recommended by my advisor, Ramiro Montes. I also made it clear that I would be waiting for the vehicle.
Despite having an appointment, I ended up waiting over 3.5 hours with no communication or updates. Normally when I bring my car in, I receive a text with progress updates and a link showing the status of the service and any additional recommendations. This time, I did not receive any communication for the first three hours.
I tried calling Ramiro directly but couldn’t be reached, so I had to contact the main operator just to get an update. Only after that did he finally send the service link with recommended items. By that point I was already frustrated after waiting so long without any information.
To make matters worse, after picking up my car I noticed that the auto setting on my A/C is no longer working properly, which was not an issue before the service visit.
Appointments should be respected, and basic communication during a long service wait should be standard. This experience was disappointing.
I would appreciate if someone from service management could follow up with me regarding this visit and Ill be going in tomorrow for the new A/C issue.
