I have always had great service at Norm Reeves Honda in Huntington Beach. Benito Torres has always been my service advisor and is the main reason I have my car serviced here. He is honest, knowledgeable, very professional and always there for the customer.

I was not communicated my car was done, then called to get a ride back. Wasn't contacted so had to reach out again and was informed the person I was working with left at 4 and then I needed to get a ride back by 6:30 as the shuttle had stopped working. When I arrived was informed that they couldn't replicate the problem, but got in the car and the problem still existed. I took two videos and can reach out again.

Jonathan Romero was our person of contact. He is excellent and professional when it came to communicating with us regarding the length of time it would take to get a response regarding our car issue and the cost to fix it. I was only dissatisfied how the car was fixed. I came in hearing a rattling, squealing noise to the right side of my car, notice when accelerating. I had no issues with my steering wheel when turning, was smooth to turn, no rattling sensation there. I was charged for my power steering pump to be fixed and when the car was picked up the noise remained. I had to bring the car back and test drive it with a technician which I was then told it was a tension belt. So now I have paid over 2,477 for both to be fixed. I honestly felt the car was not inspected correctly and missed diagnosed. I am not a mechanic but this is the second time coming to this dealership that this has happened. I came in to get the car fix and drove away with it sounding worse. Just disappointed with having to come out of pocket for such a large amount when the initial issue wasn’t even fixed and no one noticed the sound was still there.

I have no complaints about Aaron. He was helpful! I am not satisfied with the maintenance that was done. Something is wrong with my car after the A/c was checked. It makes my car vibrate out of the normal of what I was use too. After a couple of consecutive back to back rides through my day my hood even randomly vibrates loud! My car wasnt doing that before either. Ive already taken it so the work can be revisited and there was a part that wasnt placed back on my steering wheel. The foreman mechanic did drive the car with me and he said the vibrating is normal but honestly my car had not been on long enough him to hear when the hood starts to eventually vibrate. My hood should not be vibrating and something under it is causing it. I would like your help to resolve this issue or else I will seek for the work to be revisited elsewhere. All my major services have been done here at Norm Reeves and honestly im disappointed with the workmanship

Robert, as all of those who have serviced me over the number of years I have been using. You have all been extremely helpful. I am pleased with a continuous service and updating. When I come in from maintenance I usually stay and do some work on my computer so it is very easy for me to communicate with Robert and the others when other maintenance issues come up. I scheduled my service appt < 1 day ahead of time. I was somehow able to get in at 7am, the tech diagnosed my problem almost immediately, the parts were available, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. My service advisor, Genaro, was with me all through the process. Great work & visit!!
