I was told the service required approximately 1.5 hours to complete. To my satisfaction it was accomplished in less time and the staff couldn't have performed their duties in a more professional or polite manner. Completely pleased with Norm Reeves Toyota in every aspect which includes 3 previous visits. Thank you.

1. 4 hr wait.
2. I was told the wait would be up to 2 2/2 hours.
3. Was not given complete paperwork and George did not review it.
4. “Forgot” to have technician change battery in key fob.
Required me to wait another 20 minutes.
5. When I got home, the key fob did not work at all. (It was working somewhat before.
6. I was NoT told that the key fob wasn’t fixed! It was working intermittently before I gave it to be fixed.
I called to talk to service person George Juarez about my issues were not resolved. No apology. I called back to talk to his manager—Tina. No answer and she did not call me back.

Your service person needs to give plenty time frame of the work I was told it would be a 2 hour waiting and after 2 hour of waiting I asked about the progress of my car I was told ot was going to be another 60 minutes to 90 minutes if they’re busy let customer know maximum of hours of waiting time before they arrive night before so they can prepare for it also it doesn’t take 3 to 3 1/2 hour to get your engine oil change very dissatisfied with your dealers service work horrible experience

I am extremely satisfied. Everyone went above and beyond. Big thank you to Luis and Travis. This was the best experience I've ever had. Everybody was communicative, follow through, took the best care of me in my car, and help me get affordable prices!
