Shuttle service is amazing at Norm Reeves Toyota. Excellent driving, extremely professional and courteous. Benito had great customer service. He kept me updated about the status of my car the whole time I was in the waiting room. He was friendly and clearly explain to me any issues with my car. I would highly recommend him to help me out the next time I visit.

He checked the record and make sure my vehicle is covered. He co firmed that my car is covered until 2029. Somehow one system said it is not activated but he was able to find it is active from another 2 sources. He went extra beyond.

Mr. Montez is a very professional Service Advisor. His knowledge of the Honda Accord was very helpful. I had several questions and he thoroughly addressed them with quite a bit of knowledge.

Service was great. But when the vehicle was ready, I was told to go look for my service advisor so he can give me the keys and I couldn't find him. So I waited more than I had to.

First, wrong diagnostics have been done. That wasn't what we discussed.
Secondly, the advisor never updated as I asked again, and she responded. I always had to call and/text her first updates.
Thirdly, the car hardly moved and mentioned the they could not duplicate my concerns.
Fourth, I keep hearing it was busy to diagnose nor could not informed me. Am I not important at all just as other customers?

I made an appointment for A1 maintenance, tire rotation, and for more fluid to be put for the windshield wipers. Upon arrival to pickup my vehicle I was told that all of these services were completed. I went to check to make sure that my tires had been rotated and they were not, I had marked them to make sure. I find it ridiculous that I had to make sure everything was done and was lied to, the mechanics did not in fact say why they didn’t complete the task but instead took the car back and fixed it. It’s unfortunate that I have to monitor for services that I am being told are completed. Additionally, they did not put air in my tires. Very dissatisfied.
