Appointment was at 11:00 in the morning left at 1 in the afternoon for a simple oil change. All the staff walking around nonchalant like there isn’t anything to do, I was honestly satisfied with my prior experiences with Norm Reeves but up until now. I feel like everyone needs a wake up call everyone’s is a little too comfortable. Just my opinion

Mr. Tony Lagos provided a great communication, keeping updated on work progress. Super friendly and easy to work with and looking forward on my next visit. The sevice was fast. 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall was great but surprised that there was no wash or vacuum after. Is this something that changed? If so I would like to know so I can just service my car at home.
