Overall our experience was good except we were disappointed with Richard Pomplun. He never gave us any updates on our car and proceeded to leave without letting us know that someone else would need to check us out. We were waiting for 3 hours and finally spoke to Angelo who WAS a big help in getting out and on our way

I paid over $400. Today for service, salesman told me (Ayed Abusaad) if I traded for a 2026 they would pay my service charge for today on my 2024 Forester. Later today when I said I would trade, he said he did not say that.
