When I picked up my car the tire pressure was off
A service guy helped me and said they were extremely inflated like 36 and
They were supposed to be 33
I spent quite a a bit of money today and that was upsetting that I had to wait longer to resolve this issue

I was late to my appointment but I still showed up and was taking in easily. They showed me everything I wanted to know. I usually take in my car and wait until the end of my day to go pick it up and not when they call me straight away. But when I do come pick it up its easy and recently have been having the same guy help me and he is just doing amazing work and answering all my questions I give him. We both like the same cars

I went in to have my battery checked because I had an alert to check battery my advisor was David Ochoa and he stated my battery would be replaced this service took place on 03/13/26.
Today is 03/16/26 and my battery is completely dead.
I called Norm Reeves in Weat Covina and my call was answered by a young lady by the name of Daisy, very poor customer service. She said advisors were out at lunch and there was no one to help me. She proceeded to say I would be placed on hold but she had “no idea for how long” and continued by stating “you should have roadside assistance and have your car towed.
This is absolutely unacceptable and poor service.

Hi! I am very satisfied with the service team. They provide great customer service.
But Last Friday I brought in my car for maintenance ( tire rotation etc) then the next day I got a warning on my dashboard that my tires had pressure issues, which was not there before.
It is just challenging for me to get off work when I took off work last Friday to bring my car in.

Ernesto was nice but i needed to ask questions multiple times to get answers, and i still never got a definitive answer about the taping of wiring in the past. I really wanted to know that definitively, and if he had communicated better, i would have asked that the mechanics show me where the damage was and showed photos confirming they were wrapped. This way I could better protect my car going forward.
