david was definitely very soft spoken and kind and patient. He really worked to ensure my questions were all answered, even though he was not in control to fix the sensor issue. My frustration with electric Prologue is up the roof and he was able to listen and be empathetic. He is really a gem. He never made me feel rushed or just another number.

I have been a customer of this Norm Reese Honda ,HB for over 10. Years and always satisfied with the services and especially the service advisor John Le and I don't mind to pay for the quality technician.

After picking my car up from an oil change, my car was leaking oil and did not notice it until the following day. Took it back to get it fixed. I was told that the sealer was worn out so it was changed. I asked Marlen Madrigal for a copy of the service report. She said she would email it to me. She emailed pictures of a report that belonged to someone else. I emailed her back stating that she emailed me wrong report. I asked her if she could please email my report in a PDF (not pictures). I have emailed her twice and I have yet to receive anything from her. I have been taking my car there for years and have never had any issues with anyone until now.

Ivette was polite, charming, and went above to honor requests to make certain my work day wasn't disrupted (that I'd still receive notice about my car's status without potentially missing urgent calls about needed repairs).
Outstanding, couldn't possibly have been more pleasant for something that's generally considered unpleasant.

On vacation from Missouri we had our windshield broken by a small rock. We had it ready to be put in but had to get back home fast and couldn't waitstay and had to cancel.All service personnel, especially Rosalina were very professional and she was so understanding and gracious.
