Well my genises is a 2023 with 17000 miles on in and I’m a connected service and I registered and my name and I expected to get a break on the service price but everything was charged full price wasn’t too happy about that should be three years 36,000 miles so that’s where I’m at right now I wasn’t too happy

I was told my truck needed a brake fluid change because the oil was dirty. I had one done last August. I feel that I was charge for a brake oil change that was not done last August.

Karina was really good at what she did. She caught a fault of skipped service and corrected it right away correcting the issues from yall Mesa AZ branch. Really appreciate you making sure that my car is safe for me. Thank you so much. First person to ever explain and tell me what was done to the car and voiced real concerns. Definitely the best experience at Toyota maintenance I’ve ever had.

Ruben is my main go-to service rep. He is very professional. He knows how to deal with customers. He understands customer relationship with the company and provides his service accordingly. I have not received the same type of customer representation from other service reps unfortunately, which is why I only go to Ruben.
